We will meet with you to understand your objectives and individual circumstances. We will discuss the current market conditions and where your property sits in relation to comparable properties and delivered our considered valuation.
Our marketing will include full colour particulars including floor plans, a For Sale board, local and national press and websites. We will advise on how to present the property to attract as many buyers as possible.
We will accompany all viewings. We like to meet everyone who views your property. The feedback gained from their initial reactions and discussion about competing properties is invaluable in helping us advise you further. All feedback is emailed within 24 hours.
When an offer is received we will check the financial status of the buyer, any related sales in the chain and assess the strength of their offer. We aim to get the highest price for your property.
To help progress the sale we will ensure the survey and mortgage valuations are done in a timely manner. We will also monitor the legal process to maintain forward momentum and liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents. We will act swiftly to rectify any issues raised in the survey or legal process.
Our partner level involvement throughout every stage of the transaction adds value and guarantees consistency of service and advice.
Exchange of contracts commits you to the sale and the buyer to the purchase. There is normally a period of time between exchange and completion of the sale.
Robinson will release the keys to the buyer upon confirmation from your solicitor that full monies have been received for your sale and completion has taken place.
