I have been a fully qualified member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1996 and am proud to abide by their strict code of conduct. Please find below a summary of the core values of the Rules of Conduct.
CONDUCT BEFITTING MEMBERSHIP OF THE INSTITUTION
Members shall at all times conduct themselves in accordance with the core values, which means they are expected to :

c) be open and transparent in their dealings
d) be accountable for all their actions
e) know and act within their limitations
